A big flop can destroy even the purest of celebrity loves: Angelina Jolie has reportedly filed for divorce from husband Brad Pitt, according to her attorney.
“Angelina has filed for dissolution of the marriage,” according to a statement from Robert Offer, Jolie Pitt’s entertainment attorney. “This decision was made for the health of the family. She will not be commenting, and asks that the family be given its privacy at this time.”
Jolie is citing the generic “irreconcilable differences,” according to TMZ, which first reported the news Tuesday. The site quotes anonymous sources saying the impetus was issues with his parenting choices. “She does not want Brad to have joint physical custody … only joint legal custody.” Read more…
